DVDs Now Play

I tried some older DVDs, Starwars, Star Trek, and others. They all worked. The one I had trouble with was MONSTER HOUSE made by Sony I think. No where on the packaging does it say it won't play in a computer DVD Player. On one peice of paper included in the DVD box it says "Warning! This disc is copy protected" That's it nothing else.

DRM Sucks
Sony SUCKS.

I will be returning this DVD.

I love Sony Electronics, but I have to admit that DRM is teh evil :)

I've found a few other which are unreadable by computer (MS and Linux). They are all new releases so it must be new.

This will eventually come to bite them in the butt.

Fact: did you know that the .vob files on a DVD are actually .mpg's? Change the file association in Windows and they play without a problem :)
